Construction & Maintenance
Construction and Maintenance Department (CMD) is responsible for the construction, renovations and maintenance of 17 campuses in the district totaling over 1,954,314 million square feet of building space. The Department employs 9 employees who perform many facets of work utilizing multiple crafts.
CMD is committed to provide ongoing, specialized services that meet the needs of students. CMD identifies, schedules, and conducts regular and emergency maintenance and grounds services to ensure a comfortable workplace for all district locations and an optimum learning environment for all instructional areas.
Maintenance Mission Statement
The primary mission of the Cabot School District Maintenance Department is to maintain the facilities in such a manner as to ensure the classroom environment will support the educational goals of the District in an effective and efficient manner.
