School Supply Information – No K-6 Supply Fee 2021-2022

July 22, 2021

The Cabot School District is excited to announce there is NO Supply Fee for K-6 students!

The district is providing the basic supplies for K-6 students. However, we are still asking parents to purchase a $10 Class T-shirt.

The class t-shirt can be paid for during Open House (August 12th) by cash or check. Or you can pay online now at https://cabot.revtrak.net/. Click on elementary schools or middle schools, and then select your child’s school.

*Please Note: There is a service fee for paying online. Also, you will not type in a teacher’s name, just your student’s first and last name. You will also select your child's shirt size.

*Students will still need a backpack, lunch box if bringing their lunch, and water bottle.

*There is NOT a supply fee for Pre-K students. We ask  Pre-K families to also send a backpack and lunch box if they're bringing their lunch.

Chromebooks

Every Cabot Public Schools student is assigned a Chromebook. If you are a returning student, you should have taken your Chromebook home with you over the summer.

1st, 5th, and 9th graders will receive new Chromebooks this year. Please bring your old one to Open House on August 12th.  If not, it needs to be returned the first week of school. There is a possibility you could be charged for the device if it is not returned.

New students will receive their Chromebooks the first few days of school.

FYI: Student accounts (emails) are being changed this year. 5th-12th grade students will be sent an email within the next week along with additional information in the following days. Changes will take effect right around the start of the school year. K-4 badge QR Codes will continue to work regardless of these changes.

Students will need to bring their assigned Chromebooks to class with them every day. The devices will be used regularly throughout the school week. It is highly encouraged to store your Chromebook in a protective carrying case, although it is not required to purchase one.

The closed dimensions of our Chromebooks are:

11.6” Long
7.9” Wide
0.97” Thick
