Teachers Get A Pie In The Face
June 1, 2015
Westside Elementary teachers and staff recently received a pie in the face from students. Students collect and bring in Box Tops throughout the school year and at the end of the year, the Box Tops are turned in for money. The money raised will benefit students in the school.
Last year, Westside Elementary collected $1,500 from Box Tops and this year they raised almost $3,400! This amount makes Westside Elementary the top Cabot school for Box Tops, ranked 6th in the state, and 2nd in the central Arkansas area!
Students, faculty, and staff celebrated this success with a fun 'pie throwing' contest. Congratulations Westside Elementary and students for this great achievement.
Westside Elementary students having so much fun participating in a pie throwing event with their teachers! All in good fun.
