Cabot Athletic Physicals

This year's pre-participation physical exams (P.P.E.) are for current Cabot Public School athletes who will be entering the 8-12th grade in the 2014-2015 school year.

If an athlete is not currently on an athletic roster they MUST go to their primary care physician to fulfill the AAA requirements of having a P.P.E. prior to participating in any athletic activity for Cabot Public Schools.

JR. High School Physicals
Thursday, April, 17, 2014
5:30-8:00 p.m.

*Jr. high physicals will be held in Champ's Hall at the high school. Athletes should meet at their attended junior high and will be shuttled to Champ's Hall to complete their physical examinations. The athletes will be shuttled back to their appropriate junior high school for parents to pick up. *
