Administrators Prepare for Students’ Return

Directors, principals and assistant principals gathered at an administrators' summer work session to prepare for the upcoming school year.  Administrators began with a brainstorming session on the strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats of the Cabot School District.  Once ideas were presented, the administrators received the school board's list of the same components they created at the Cabot School Board work session.

Several sessions of grade level work groups were held, where administrators worked together in elementary, middle and junior high level, and high schools groups.  They were able to focus on the specific needs of the students in these grade levels and prioritize the needs at their individual schools.
