Little Rock Marathon

This Saturday, 55 of our students participated in the Little Rockers Marathon.  It was quite an event and a great opportunity to remind our students about the fact that fitness can be fun. We took two buses full of children to North Little Rock and watched them run their final mile of the marathon.  There was nothing better than watching them run across the finish line and pull their shoulders back as they filled with pride knowing that they had completed an amazing task.

The key players for this event were:  Megan Head, Michelle Nesbitt, Jaime Oitker, Daniel Fuller, Kelly Spencer and Caroline Gairhan.  

Without the hard work, extra hours, and unyielding commitment of these dedicated staff members, the event wouldn't have occurred.
