Family Track Nights: Summer 2019

The Cabot Cruisers' running club is continuing partnership with the Cabot School District to offer free running clinics for families.

All ages are encouraged to attend this free clinic. Runners will complete a variety of distances events from 50m and up to choose from.

The clinic teaches runners of all ages how to properly warm-up for activity, proper hydration, and good running form to prevent injuries.

Sign up is not required, come and enjoy family track nights!
