Ward Central Elementary Celebrates 25 Years
April 5, 2019
Ward Central Elementary recently celebrated a milestone!
Ward Central Elementary is the only school in the Cabot School District not in Cabot. The school was established back in 1993. Twenty-five years later, former administrators and staff celebrated with a huge birthday bash.
Current students also celebrated with a morning assembly where they sang, “Happy Birthday,” and watched a video about the history of their school.
Former principals read an Affirmation to students and Ward Mayor Charlie Gastineau proclaimed March 29, 2019, “Ward Central Elementary Day.” Students then headed outside for a parade. Guests were also invited to a reception in the media center.
Happy Birthday Ward Central Elementary!
