Driver’s Education Information and Application 2019

A Driver's Education session will be held on Tuesday, May 28 to Friday, May 31, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Cabot Freshman Academy Library.

Students must be 14 years of age and have a valid driver's permit by the first day of class.

The cost is $250 and the amount can be paid in full at registration or a non-refundable deposit of $75. If you chose to pay the deposit, the remaining balance of $175 will be due on the first day of class.

Registration will be Thursday, May 9, at 7:30 a.m. at the Cabot High School front entrance. There are 60 slots available and students will be accepted on a first come basis. (School employees will be allowed to register one day early May 8, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).

Students will need to bring their driver's permit on the first day of class. After 30 hours of class time, students will be required to drive a total of 10 hours spread out over the next three weeks. All driving will be completed by June 21st. Students need to bring their lunch and snacks each day.

Students please return this form completed at the time of registration. Parents are not required to be present with your student to register.
