CHS/ACE-North Students to View Avoid, Deny, Defend Video

It is the goal of our district administration, faculty, and staff to ensure your child's safety at all times.
On Wednesday, February 5th, during second period, CHTV will broadcast a special breaking news segment in which CHS and ACE-North students will view a short video called Avoid, Deny, Defend. It educates students on what to do if there is ever an “Active Shooter” situation on our campus. The video is designed to be informative in nature.

Leading up to Wednesday, we will have a special segment of our CHTV newscast devoted to security on both Monday and Tuesday. These short videos will include interviews with our Assistant Director of Safety and Security Deputy Dwayne Roper and Principal Henry Hawkins.
