CHS Juniors Selected To Senator Boozman’s Youth Cabinet

Three Cabot High School juniors have been selected to participate in U.S. Senator John Boozman's Youth Cabinet. 

Olivia Eggleston, Zach Wilmoth, and Maddie Johnson were chosen based on their leadership experience and involvement in their communities.

Thirty students from all four congressional districts were selected and recently met for the first time in Little Rock. The program is in its second year and gives students the opportunity to be exposed to the legislative process and gain first-hand knowledge of the democratic process.

Students will attend several meetings throughout the year. As part of the program, they will also research a national issue and present policy solutions and recommendations to Senator Boozman at their final meeting in April.
