This is an opportunity to attend FREE educational classes provided by the District. These classes address various wellness and social-emotional issues and are targeted for parents and community members.

Healthy Holiday Cooking Class
Monday, November 5th 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Champs Hall (CHS Campus)

Jayme Nyborg, Cabot High School Family and Consumer Science teacher, is offering two “Healthy Cooking for the Holidays” classes. Mrs. Nyborg will focus on healthy dessert recipes and holiday meal and snack tips to help reduce caloric intake. This class is free to parents, teachers, and community members and will last one hour. Seating for this event is limited so please register ASAP.
