March School Board Recognition

All-State Band members and a special group of readers were recognized at Tuesday's meeting.

All-State Band

Twenty-four Cabot High School Band members were selected to the Arkansas All-State Band. Tryouts were held back in February at Henderson State University.

One School, One Book

The Cabot School Board meeting also had some very special elementary guests. Four students from Mountain Springs Elementary talked about their One School, One Book program. Every student received the book, “The Boxcar Children,” and the goal is to get everyone, including families, involved in reading.
