Guys and Dolls: March 5-6
February 29, 2016

Cabot High School proudly presents the celebrated musical about rolling the dice and falling in love under the bright lights of Broadway!
Considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy, Guys and Dolls ran for 1,200 performances when it opened on Broadway in 1950. Set in New York City, Guys and Dolls includes the leading characters: Sky Master trying to win the heart of Sarah Brown, and Adelaide trying to get Nathan Detroit to marry her after a 14 year engagement. Nicely-Nicely Johnson is featured in “Sit Down You're Rockin' the Boat” and a crowd favorite is “I Love You a Bushel and a Peck.”
The play takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, Cuba, and even into the sewers of New York City, but eventually everyone ends up right where they belong.
