The Great Kindness Challenge

January 25, 2016

Cabot elementary schools will be participating in a district-wide anti-bullying initiative January 25-29.

This is a national program that started in 2012 with 3 piloted schools and has now spread to more than 4,000 schools and multiple countries.

The Great Kindness Challenge is one school week devoted to performing as many acts of kindness as possible, choosing from a 50 item checklist. For example, smile at 25 people, pick up trash on campus, hug your friend or offer to help your custodian.

Elementary schools across the district have several kindness activities planned each day this week to help make this world a kinder place!
