Cabot Schools Honor Military Heroes this Veterans Day - Photo Albums
November 11, 2015

It was a special day throughout the Cabot School District Wednesday. Schools across the district proudly honored our military heroes this Veterans Day.
Students have been learning what it means to be a veteran and why it's so important to honor our military heroes. Many students dressed in red, white and blue and waved American flags in support of loved ones.
Several schools hosted Veterans Day programs which included special breakfasts and lunches. There were also singing performances, parades and guest speakers. One student at Eastside Elementary even wore her grandpa's Purple Heart.
The Cabot High School Air Force JROTC students also participated in several of the events. Color Guard presented the flags, and at some schools, AFJROTC cadets accompanied students and family members that are currently deployed.
The Cabot School District would like to take this opportunity to thank all veterans and active service members for protecting our country. We salute you!
