This year, we are excited to recognize some of our outstanding classified staff who play such a vital role in our schools each day.
Congratulations to our seven Cabot Public Schools “Classified Employee of the Year” 2025-2026 Department Winners! It was a great day surprising and celebrating these employees!
Hundreds of classified employees were nominated this year by supervisors, colleagues, parents, students, staff, and community members.
Paraprofessional Employee of the Year - Jackie Hamilton - Eastside Elementary
Child Nutrition Employee of the Year - Sandy Weeks - Westside Elementary
Transportation Employee of the Year - Kristy Sirmans - Cabot High School
Office & Technical Employee of the Year - Dina Hicks - Cabot High School
Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities Employee of the Year - Anthony (Spyder) Webb - Cabot Freshman Academy
Special Programs Employee of the Year - Chelsea Tompkins - Cabot Learning Academy
Support Services Employee of the Year - Jordan Boris - Central Administrative Office
All our Classified Employee of the Year recipients received a monetary prize and will receive an award from our sponsors, Centennial Bank, Cabot Panther Foundation, and the CTA and Friends!
Winners will be recognized at a banquet in April.
