The Cabot School District is rolling out the red carpet for bus drivers with a newly approved salary increase and generous attendance bonuses! If you have ever considered driving a school bus, or know someone who might be interested, there has never been a better time to join the Cabot Panthers Transportation Team!

Exciting Pay Increase: $20/Hour!
Starting January 1st, bus drivers will earn $20 per hour, a significant boost that translates to an additional $12,600 per year for part-time work. Drivers are guaranteed at least 3.5 hours of pay per day, ensuring a steady and rewarding income.

Attendance Pays Off
Consistency matters, and we reward it! Drivers who maintain perfect attendance each month receive a $200 bonus. That’s an extra $2,400 annually!
