It was a great day to be a PANTHER! A special thanks to Supt. Dr. Thurman, Deputy Supt. Michael Byrd, Asst. Supt. Aaron Randolph, and Cabot School Board President Joe Trusty for kicking off the new school year with such enthusiasm.

We are grateful to First Security Bank for treating our employees to breakfast, and to the Arkansas State Teachers Association, Arkansas Education Association/Cabot Classroom Teacher Association, The Cabot Scholarship Foundation, Cabot Parks and Recreation, and Unity Health for their support. A huge shoutout to our spirit squads for giving our teachers and staff the warmest of welcomes!

Our staff had a blast playing games, including a thrilling round of Rock, Paper, Scissors, which led to an exciting finale of The Price is Right! The final two standing had the chance (thanks to Centennial Bank!) to grab up to $500 and lunch coupons in an inflatable Money Machine!

Congratulations to Emily Banks from CJHN, who snagged $137 and 20 lunch tickets, and to Nick Hancock of Southside Elementary, who walked away with $118 and 10 lunch tickets!

Kudos to Westside Elementary for winning our school t-shirt contest! Ward Central Elementary, CMSN, and CFA also made it to the TOP 4! Great job, everyone!
