CHS Honor Graduate Luncheon 2024

It was an exciting day for 200 seniors at Cabot High School and Cabot Panther Academy. The 2024 Cabot High School Honor Graduate Luncheon was held at the Veterans Park Event Center.

Along with earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher, there are specific course requirements that must be met in order to be an honor graduate. A student must also be enrolled at Cabot High School for two of the last three semesters beginning with the second semester of the junior year.

Darla Roberts, a 2014 graduate of Cabot High School was the guest speaker. After graduation, Ms. Roberts attended the University of Arkansas and graduated in 2018 with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. While in college, she was a member of Phi Mu soror ity and Alpha Epsilon Delta premedical association and did research in the chemical engineering department. After college, she worked as a medical scribebefore starting medical school in 2021. Ms. Roberts is currently finishing up her third year of medical school with hopes to be a neurologist.

Also, a big thank you to our hosts, the Cabot Area Chamber of Commerce and Veterans Park Event Center. Thank you to Chick-fil-A Cabot for providing lunch, as well as the volunteers for helping serve and clean up.
