2024-2025 Pre-K Round-Up Feb. 7th

Thank you for registering your student with the Cabot School District! Please understand, while you are requesting for your student to be enrolled in your zoned school, final placement is based on seat availability.


Cabot Pre-K is excited to announce that Pre-K Round-Up for the 2024-2025 school year will take place on Wednesday, February 7th at the Veterans Park Event Center.

What: Pre-K Round-Up
Where: Veterans Park Event Center

Cabot, AR 72023
When: February 7, 2024
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

*To be eligible for our Pre-K program, you must be a resident in the Cabot School District.
*All district children who are 4 on or before August 1, 2024 are eligible.

At the Round-Up you will:

  1. Pick up a registration packet for your child.
  2. Meet Family Liaison and share contact information.
  3. If you are unable to attend the Pre-K Round-Up event on February 7th, packets may be picked up beginning February 8th at your zoned elementary school or the Central Administration office at 602 N. Lincoln.
  4. You are not registering your child for Pre-K this day.


*Your Family Liaison will contact you to schedule an appointment to turn in required documentation, verify residency and income information and complete the registration process.

Required documents to register:
*Copy of Birth Certificate
*Copy of Social Security Card
*Proof of Monthly or Yearly Income or Notarized No-Income for any adult not working outside the home
*Proof of Residency (Must be a current utility bill within past 30 days)
*Parent/Guardian ID or Guardianship paperwork

At the end of your appointment, when all required documentation has been received, your child’s Pre-K registration will be complete. Please understand this does not automatically guarantee your child a Pre-K spot. All applicants will be notified of their status beginning in May after applications have been verified and processed. The Pre-K program is income based and a state issued sliding scale is used to determine eligibility for grant or tuition assistance.

We follow the Cabot School District calendar. Program hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:20 p.m.
