Cabot Lady Panther Softball Team: 2023 6A State Runner-Ups

The Lady Panthers Softball Team had a successful season with a record of 23-4 overall and 12-0 in conference and are the 2023 6A Central Conference Champions!
In the State Tournament (held May 11-13) the Lady Panthers defeated Bentonville West 5-0 in the second round and then beat Rogers 1-0 in the semi- finals! Cabot Softball then advanced to the championship game against Bryant on May 18th.
Before our Panthers headed to Conway to play their final game of the 2023 season, many softball family and fans gathered with words of gratitude and support as they headed for the game!
Our Lady Panthers played hard but fell to Bryant 8-5 in the finals making them State Runner-Ups.
The Lady Panthers were State Champions in 2019 and State Runner-Ups in 2022, 2015 and 2000. Congratulations to our Lady Panthers on a successful season conference and state runner-up titles!

Head Coach: Chris Cope and Assistant Coaches: Tori Willborg, Haley Giorgini, and Heather Hawk. Coach Cope was also named the 2023 6A Central Conference Coach of the Year!
