2023-2024 Pre-K Round-Up Feb. 9th

Thank you for registering your student with the Cabot School District! Please understand, while you are requesting for your student to be enrolled in your zoned school, final placement is based on seat availability.

Please Note: If you did not attend the Pre-K Round-Up event on February 9th, packets may be picked up beginning February 10th at your zoned elementary school or the Central Administration office at 602 N. Lincoln.


*Please note: The registration process has changed. You do not register online. You will pick up a packet at our Pre-K Round-Up event stated below.

Cabot Public Schools Pre-K is excited to announce the date for “Pre-K Round-Up” for pre-kindergarten students registering for the 2023-2024 school year.

What: Pre-K Round-Up
Where: Veterans Park Event Center
508 N. Lincoln
Cabot, AR 72023
When: February 9, 2023
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

*To be eligible for our Pre-K program, you must be a resident in the Cabot School District.
*All district children who are 4 on or before August 1, 2023 are eligible.

At the Round-Up you will:

  1. Pick up a registration packet for your child.
  2. Schedule an appointment to turn in the required documentation, verify residency and income information and complete the registration process.

* If you are unable to attend the Pre-K Round-Up event on February 9th, packets may be picked up beginning February 10th at your zoned elementary school or the Central Administration office at 602 N. Lincoln.

Required documents to register:
*Copy of Birth Certificate
*Copy of Social Security Card
*Proof of Monthly or Yearly Income or Notarized No-Income for any adult not working outside the home
*Proof of Residency (Must be a current utility bill within past 30 days)
*Parent/Guardian ID or Guardianship paperwork

At the end of your appointment, when all required documentation has been received, your child’s Pre-K registration will be complete. Please understand this does not automatically guarantee your child a Pre-K spot. All applicants will be notified of their status beginning in May after applications have been verified and processed. The Pre-K program is income based and a state issued sliding scale is used to determine eligibility for grant or tuition assistance.

We follow the Cabot School District calendar. Program hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:20 p.m.
