Lawsuit Filed by Faulkner County Resident Against Cabot School District

A lawsuit has been filed in Lonoke County Circuit Court by a Faulkner County resident, who is being represented by a Fort Smith attorney.

While the District has yet to be served with the Complaint, the allegations are a continuation of the criminal charges that were recently requested by the same individual and determined to be unfounded by the Lonoke County Prosecuting Attorney.

The District does not comment on litigation and directs all inquiries to Bequette, Billingsley & Kees, P.A.
