RE: Legislative Request Broadband Survey

Dear Superintendent/Charter School Director William T. Thurman:

Please share this ARBroadBandNow Survey with your staff, students and their families. This is a very important tool for understanding current broadband access issues for our schools and students. It is a very easy survey to complete online using the QR code and any mobile device.

I understand that community broadband access is a very real issue that our schools are dealing with, and we need as much “on the ground” information as possible to direct our funding and policy decisions on expanding broadband infrastructure, especially in rural Arkansas. Participation by you and your school community will help us greatly.

If you have any questions please contact Louis McAlister, CEO, Broadband Development Group, LLC at 501-590-8206/lou@bdg.link.

Thank you!

Senator Missy Thomas Irvin
Chair, Senate Education Committee
