New Substitute Teaching Incentives

The Cabot School District is proud to announce new substitute “guest” teaching incentives. These incentives include multiple opportunities for bonuses. In fact, you could earn nearly $2,000 extra!

These incentives are ONLY offered if you substitute with the Cabot School District.

New Substitute Teaching Incentives:
Beginning January 3rd and through the Spring 2022 semester:

*If you sign up as a NEW substitute and work 10 days with the Cabot School District, you will be reimbursed your $49.50 background check fee.

*ALL substitutes (new and current) will earn an additional $50 bonus for each full week worked. For example, if you work nine full weeks, you would receive an additional $450 compensation.

*Substitutes that work a full week and earn the $50 bonus are ALSO entered into a drawing at the end of the 3rd nine-weeks and again at the end of the 4th nine-weeks for a $500 BONUS!

As a substitute “guest” teacher, you will have the option to work in the schools of your choice, to take steady work five days a week, or to create a flexible schedule that works around your other life commitments.
