Cabot Health Unit Hosts COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Children 5-11

The Cabot Health Unit will provide a COVID-19 Clinic for children ages 5-11 on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

118 S N 1st Street, Cabot
8:00 am - 12 noon

All students MUST be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. Consent forms will be completed and signed at the Cabot Health Unit.

The vaccine will be provided with no out of pocket cost to you. If you have private insurance, Medicaid or ARKids, the Health Department will be able to seek reimbursement for the cost of giving the vaccine. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not pay for vaccines, there will still be no charge to you.

*ALL vaccines will be administered by the Health Department Staff.

*Vaccine documentation is NOT required for attendance at school.

*Vaccine administration is voluntary and at the discretion of the parent.

*This is NOT a Cabot School District event.
