Health & Wellness Expo

The Cabot School District recently hosted a Health and Fitness Expo and had over 65 vendors from local health and fitness agencies.
Health professionals provided free educational materials to participants. These materials and services were intended to educate the community about preventative health services that are available locally.
Baptist Health also provided free blood pressure screenings.
In conjunction with the expo, the Cabot Lion's Club hosted a Kids 1 K Fun Run event. Over 100 children ages 3 to 12 participated in the fun run and over 400 participants attended the expo.
