Project Panthers: Multi-Use Practice Pavilion

Multi-Use Practice Pavilion:

This covered outdoor field will allow our students involved in athletics and activities such as band, cheer, and dance, a safe place to practice and hold year round events. The estimated start date on construction is October 2023.

April 2024 Update:

Project Panthers is MOVING Forward! You may have noticed a HUGE change to the construction site of the Multi-Use Practice Pavilion.

Look what's towering over Bellamy Street now!

Steel beams have been hoisted into place creating the actual structure of the 80,000 square foot project.

March 2024 Update:

Project Panthers is MOVING Forward! We recently had the opportunity to go behind the scenes at Pinnacle Structures.

Pinnacle is fabricating the steel structure of our Multi-Use Practice Pavilion. Director of Construction and Maintenance Justin Skidmore, Maintenance/Construction Manager Debbie Carr, and our Athletic Director Scott Reed got an inside look at the progress of the project with Pinnacle's Chief Operating Officer Josh Fairchild.

January 2023 Update:

As you can see from this bird's-eye view, dirt work is happening! The steel structure is expected to be delivered in March with a goal of possibly completing the project by the end of July 2024.

The Multi-Use Practice Pavilion is located off of Bellamy Street right next to the Transportation Department and across from Panther Stadium.
