Does Your Child Need Immunizations?

If your student needs immunizations, appointments are available at the Cabot Health Department. The dates are listed below:

• June 8

• June 29

• July 13

• July 27

Appointments will be taken from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Alternate dates also available.

Please make sure your child's immunizations are up -to-date, prior to school beginning in August.
