Kindergarten Registration Begins Soon

Enrollment for 2015-2016 kindergarten students will be held at the Central Administrative Office at 602 N. Lincoln Street.

Monday, April 20th, 2015
Tuesday, April 21st, 2015
8:30 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.

Children who will turn five (5) years of age on or before August 1, 2015 should be enrolled.

You should bring:

1. A copy of child's Social Security card or you may request that the school district assign a nine digit number designated by the Arkansas Department of Education.

2. One of the following to verify the child's age:

• Birth certificate
• A statement by the local registrar or a county recorder certifying the child's date of birth
• An attested baptismal certificate
• A passport
• An affidavit of the date and place of birth by the child's parent or guardian
• Previous school records
• Military ID

3. Immunization records

4. Proof of residency (Ex: copy of utility bill, etc.)
