Summer Family Track Nights

The Cabot Cruisers running club is partnering with the Cabot School District physical education department to offer free running clinics for families.

All ages are encouraged to attend this free clinic. The clinic teaches runners of all ages how to properly warm-up for activity, proper hydration, and good running form to prevent injuries.
