Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences 2022 - Oct. 25 & 27

October 18, 2022

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held:

Tuesday, October 25: 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 27: 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Cabot School District will dismiss early at 2:00 p.m. on both days.

There is NO SCHOOL Friday, October 28.

Pre-K-6th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Pre-K-6th grade parents will sign up for an appointment time with their student’s teacher. Appointment times will be available from 2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Please arrive on time.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher. You will still need to sign up for an appointment time.

7th-12th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Parents may attend any time during the conference window.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call for your parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher and work cooperatively to find a time.

Cabot Panther Academy:
Advisors have sent home sign up forms for any face-to-face student requiring a conference. Emails have also been sent to families of digital students needing a conference. Please, reach out to your child’s advisor if you haven’t heard anything.

Report Cards:
K-4 report cards will be distributed during conferences.

5-12 report cards will be posted in HAC on Wednesday, October 19. If a parent would like a printed report card, please contact your school counseling center. If your student attends Cabot Panther Academy please contact your registrar.

If a CHS parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact the Student Success Center.
