Cabot Church of Christ Donates $10,000 To Students

At the August School Board meeting, Cabot Church of Christ once again presented the district with another $10,000 to our Backpacks for Kids program! In 17 years, church members have donated more than $140,000 to help support our Cabot School District students. A portion of the donations this year were from their church youth! That's awesome!

The Backpack for Kids program was started by Cabot Middle School South teachers Becky and Chester Brown. They felt a calling to give back and help students in need. They took their cause to their congregation and church members have been donating to the program ever since.

Church member Jacob Fox and Associate Minister T.J. Davidson attended the board meeting to present the donation.
