Food Service Department - Food Bid
Notice to Bidders:

The Cabot School District is requesting bids for bread products, paper supplies, food, chemicals and milk for the 2023-24 school year.

Electronic bids are due via email to at the following dates and times:

Food & Chemical Bid:
May 11, 2023
8:00 a.m.

Paper Supply Bid:
May 11, 2023
8:30 a.m.

Bread Bid:
May 11, 2023
9:00 a.m.

Milk Bid:
May 11, 2023
9:30 a.m.

Pizza Bid:
May 11,  2023
10:00 a.m.

No late bids will be accepted. No changes will be allowed after the bid opening date and time specified.

The Cabot School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities therein. The Cabot School District reserves the right to award the bid in its best interest. Questions may be referred to Erin Wilkes, Director of Food Service at and 501-843-3363.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
