Request For Sealed Proposal
Child Nutrition Department-Food & Nonfood Supplies

Notice to Proposers:

The Cabot School District is soliciting sealed competitive proposals for food and nonfood supplies for the 2024-2025 school year. Complete specifications and bid forms may be obtained at:

The deadline for submission of questions is June 3, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Written responses will be provided including an addendum to bid specifications, terms, and conditions by June 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Proposals will be received at the above address on June 6, 2024 until the following times:

Paper Goods: 8:30 a.m.

Food & Nonfood Supplies: 9:00 a.m.

Milk: 9:30 a.m.

Bread: 10:00 a.m.

Pizza: 10:30 a.m.

No late bids will be accepted. No changes will be allowed after the bid opening date and time specified.

The Cabot School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities therein. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
