Teacher & Classified Employee of the Year 2025-2026 Nominations - Jan. 20-Feb. 3
January 20, 2026
Update:
Good news! Due to last week’s winter weather, the nomination deadline for Cabot Public Schools Teacher of the Year and Classified Employee of the Year has been extended to Wednesday, February 4 at 4:00 p.m.
We know some families and staff may not have had reliable internet access or use of their Chromebooks during the closures, and we want to be sure everyone has the opportunity to nominate a deserving employee.
Cabot Public Schools has once again teamed up with our Cabot Classroom Teacher Association, Cabot Panther Foundation, and Centennial Bank of Cabot to recognize our outstanding educators and new this year, our outstanding classified staff members!
Here's how it works.
Nominations open January 20th and will close at noon on February 3rd. Anyone may nominate a teacher or classified employee, including supervisors, colleagues, parents, students, staff, and community members.
Click HERE to nominate an outstanding educator or classified employee! (If you have any questions or issues with the online nomination form, please email Aaron Randolph at Aaron.Randolph@cabotschools.org or Sarah McNally at Sarah.McNally@cabotschools.org.)
For Teachers:
Cabot Public Schools will be recognizing one outstanding teacher per school. Three Cabot teachers will be selected as finalists for the district. Each of the three finalists will receive an award, a cash prize and will be recognized at the end of the school year. One finalist will be named Cabot Public Schools Teacher of the Year 2026, and will be eligible for submission to the Arkansas Teacher of the Year Award.
For Classified Employees:
This year, we are excited to recognize some of our outstanding classified staff who play such a vital role in our schools each day. If you know a cafeteria worker, maintenance or custodial staff member, office staff member, paraprofessional, special programs staff member, security guard, nurse, transportation worker, or anyone who goes above and beyond for our students and staff, we would love to hear about them. This a great opportunity to shine a light on the everyday heroes who help make our schools such special places.
Take a few moments to share the story of someone who has made an impact. Your nomination helps us celebrate excellence, recognize dedication, and say thank you to the people who help make Cabot Public Schools a place where students thrive.
