Terena Woodruff's Bio
Terena Woodruff, Director of Counseling, was born in Conway, Arkansas, and graduated from Conway High School in 1984. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 1988, a Master of Science in Reading in 1990, a Counseling Certification in 2001, and a Master of Science in School Leadership, Management and Administration in 2011 from University of Central Arkansas.
Mrs. Woodruff has served as an educator since 1989 where she began as a graduate assistant teaching kindergarten at the UCA Child Study Center while completing her first graduate degree. In 1991 she began teaching at Cabot Northside Elementary. In 2001 she moved to Cabot Southside Elementary as counselor and then in 2008 to Cabot Stagecoach Elementary. In 2011 Mrs. Woodruff became the district counseling coordinator.
Mrs. Woodruff earned National Board of Professional Teaching certification in counseling in 2007 and was named Southeast Region Arkansas School Counselor of the Year 2012. She also serves as a board member of Cabot Christmas Alliance.
Mrs. Woodruff and her husband, Don have two adult children, Nicarah and Luke.
