Substitute Pay Rate Increase 2018-2019

Good news! The Cabot School District currently has numerous substitute positions available and the pay rates have increased.

We are currently looking for substitutes both in the classroom and in support areas. These include: Teachers, Custodial, Paraprofessionals, Clerical, Food Service, and Transportation.

Here are the new 2018-2019 pay rates for substitutes:

$70 day/$9.24 hour – Substitutes with less than 60 college hours

$75 day/$10.00 hour – Substitutes with 60 or more college hours

$100 day – Long-term substitute with a bachelor's degree or a teaching license that is not in the content area (15 or more consecutive days for the same teacher)

$150 day – Long-term substitute with a qualified teaching license in the grade level/content area (15 or more consecutive days for the same teacher)

$8.64 hour – Cafeteria, custodial, and hourly substitutes

$8.75 hour - Bus aide substitutes
